Bangladesh Psychiatric Care Ltd. (BPCL) successfully organized the workshop “Emotional Resilience and Mental Wellbeing” as part of the ongoing mental health initiative “Biborton 6.0” by JCI Dhaka West. The workshop aimed to promote mental health awareness, emotional well-being, and resilience among young professionals and community leaders. The session focused on essential aspects of mental well-being, including mental health awareness, stress management, emotional regulation, self-care practices, and developing emotional resilience in both personal and professional life.

The workshop featured valuable insights from distinguished speakers:

  • Dr. Fahmida Ferdous, Clinical Lead & Consultant, Nurture Nest, Bangladesh Psychiatric Care Ltd.
  • Fatema Tuz Zohra, Clinical Psychologist, Bangladesh Psychiatric Care Ltd.
  • Audrika Eshna Purbasha, Social Activist, Author, Manager at BRAC Microfinance, 2026 Local Executive Vice President of JCI Dhaka West, and Panelist at Bishwo Shahitto Kendro.

Through interactive discussions and evidence-based guidance, participants gained practical knowledge on managing everyday stressors, strengthening emotional resilience, and adopting healthier coping strategies. BPCL remains committed to making mental health conversations more accessible and creating a society where seeking support is encouraged, accepted, and normalized.
