Bangladesh Psychiatric Care Ltd. (BPCL) successfully conducted a two-day Basic Psychosocial Training for Teachers on August 16–17 at Janata High School, Rupganj, Narayanganj. Organized under the BRAC SHIKHA Project with support from the European Union, the training focused on strengthening teachers’ capacity to provide psychosocial support, identify at-risk students, and promote students’ mental well-being. Siddiq Noor Alam, District Education Officer, Narayanganj, attended the training. The initiative reflects BPCL’s continued commitment to strengthening school-based mental health awareness and building safer, more supportive learning environments for students.
