Bangladesh Psychiatric Care Ltd. (BPCL) and MH Global Group have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at the premises of MH Global Group, marking the beginning of a strategic collaboration focused on workplace mental health and employee well-being.

The MoU was signed by Sifat Sarkar, Deputy Manager, HR of MH Global Group, and Ashfaqul Haq Tanim, CCO & CTO of BPCL, on behalf of their respective organizations. The signing ceremony was also attended by Md. Araf Ferdous, COO of BPCL; Fabiha Tabassum Khan, Assistant Manager, HR of MH Global Group; and Halima Hossain Tazin, Business Development Officer of BPCL.

This partnership aims to raise awareness about mental health, promote psychological well-being in the corporate environment, and provide employees of MH Global Group with access to BPCL’s psychiatric and psychological services at a discounted rate.

Through this initiative, both organizations reaffirm their commitment to fostering a supportive and mentally healthy workplace culture.
