On January 24, 2026, Bangladesh Psychiatric Care Ltd. (BPCL) and JCI Dhaka West signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), marking the beginning of a collaborative initiative to advance mental health awareness, psychological well-being, and capacity-building among young professionals and emerging leaders.

Under this agreement, both organizations will jointly organize seminars, professional training sessions, mental health awareness programs, and well-being initiatives aimed at fostering a healthier and more resilient society. As part of the partnership, Bangladesh Psychiatric Care Ltd. will also provide special discounted mental health services to members of JCI Dhaka West.

The MoU was formally signed by Dr. A. S. M. Morshed, MD & CEO of Bangladesh Psychiatric Care Ltd., and Subah Afrin, 2026 Local President of JCI Dhaka West, on behalf of their respective organizations.

Through this collaboration, both institutions reaffirm their shared commitment to strengthening mental health advocacy and empowering young leaders through structured awareness and professional development initiatives.
