In case of emergency or unavoidable circumstances, you may cancel your appointment and request a refund of any advance payment made (if applicable).
Appointment Cancellation
- Cancellation requests should be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled date and time.
- This allows BPCL to reallocate the appointment slot to other clients.
- Cancellation requests may be submitted by phone or by email.
Rescheduling & Refund Eligibility
- Cancellations made 48–72 hours before the appointment may be transferred to another date/time.
- Requests made within 24 hours are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.
- BPCL reserves the sole right to exercise flexibility in exceptional cases.
- By registering for an appointment, you agree to these terms.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed during the first week of each month.
- Payment gateway convenience charges are non-refundable.
- Refund processing may take up to 30 (thirty) days.
Refund Communication
- You will be contacted by BPCL regarding acceptance or rejection of your refund request.
