Bangladesh Psychiatric Care Ltd. (BPCL) had the privilege of conducting a comprehensive Mental Wellbeing Session at Daffodil International School, Dhanmondi Branch, engaging students in an impactful and interactive learning experience.

The session was facilitated by Dr. Fahmida Ferdous (MBBS, MD – Bangladesh Medical University), Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Specialist and Clinical Lead & Consultant at BPCL.

Focused on building emotional awareness and understanding the importance of mental health in today’s fast-paced environment, the session encouraged students to adopt positive thinking patterns, strengthen resilience, and embrace self-care practices.
