Bangladesh Psychiatric Care Ltd. successfully conducted a workshop focusing on mental well-being, emotional resilience, stress management, and the unique challenges men navigate in today’s world.

In collaboration with Guardian Life Insurance Limited, Bangladesh Psychiatric Care Ltd. delivered this International Men’s Day special session for GMS Global Management on November 20, 2025. Approximately 35 employees actively participated in the interactive program.

The session, titled “Men and Mental Fitness: Tools for Resilience,” was conducted by Dr. Towhidul Islam, Assistant Professor, Sir Salimullah Medical College & Mitford Hospital.

The workshop reinforced the importance of men’s mental health, emotional resilience, and proactive wellbeing practices in the workplace.
