Md. Abdullah Al Mamun is a dedicated Audiologist and Speech & Language Therapist with specialized expertise in communication disorders, currently pursuing his Master’s in Public Health from Bangladesh University of Health Sciences (BUHS). He completed his B.Sc. (Hons) in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology from Proyash Institution of Special Education & Research (affiliated with BUP) in 2019. Mamun brings practical clinical experience from leading healthcare institutions, including internships at Bangladesh Medical University (BMU), Combined Military Hospital (CMH), National Institute of ENT, and the Society for Assistance to Hearing Impaired Children (SAHIC), where he also later served as In-Charge and Head of the Speech Therapy Department in Chattogram. He currently works at Little Wonders Play and Learn Center (Gulshan branch) and at Ibn Sina Diagnostic and Consultation Centre in Mirpur, Dhaka. His expertise spans a wide range of audiological assessments such as PTA, Tympanometry, ABR, OAE, and cochlear implant switching, along with therapeutic interventions including voice therapy, audio-verbal therapy (AVT), and interventions for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). His academic thesis focused on non-verbal communication and space usage in children with autism, reflecting his commitment to inclusive communication strategies. Fluent in both English and Bangla, he is proficient in Microsoft Office, data handling, and clinical software systems. Md. Abdullah Al Mamun combines clinical skill with strong leadership, having led university-level social clubs and initiatives to support children with special needs, and is committed to advancing rehabilitative care in Bangladesh.
