A patient can register directly, or a family member can register on the patient’s behalf. Choose Day, Night or 24-hour care and the appropriate Care Level.
A family member can register and select a Care Plan on behalf of the patient.

Level 2, Level 3 and Level 4
When choosing a Level, the shift, monthly price and included benefits are shown clearly.
Level 2
For basic care support.
Level 3
For patients who need a broader level of assistance.
Level 4
For higher care needs; Doctor Visit benefits may also apply according to current Plan settings.
