- Implements marketing campaigns that enhance the organization's brand and increase community awareness. - Communicating & Maintains relations with Doctors, hospitals, and other referral sources in order to generate new patients. - Conduct outreach clinics to showcase center capabilities in the community. - Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing organizational events and programs. - Develop comprehensive marketing plan for the corporate segment, evaluate the business opportunitiesand translate them to clear-cut working plan. - Run effective outreach community program among identified educational institutions. - Coordinate with internal consultants to promote mental healthcare program. - Assessing strategic partnership opportunities for marketing initiatives. - Managing relationships with the the wider community. - Manages census to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. - Track and report on marketing activities and outcomes.• Foster relationships with community organizations and partners. - Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1-2 years of experiences in the related field. - Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage.
